A Night of Comedy with Bill Santiago presenting his one man show, Spanglish 101: A total Immersion Comedic Excursion into Latino USA.

TIA CHUCHA’S 4TH YEAR ANNIVERSARY
February 18th, Saturday at 6 pm
For four years Tia Chucha's Café Cultural has been a space with books, workshops, art exhibits, presentations, readings, family events, performances, and a full coffee bar. Thank you all for allowing us to continue to grow!

FEB 9, Thur. @ 7PM STUDENT DOCUMENTARIES
A group of multi-media students from Los Angeles Mission College will be screening their documentaries to the public.

FEB 11, Sat. @ 7PM LIVE MUSIC: PRESENTED BY VALCORE
Come and celebrate the CD release of Valcore, a collection of songs by several San Fernando Valley Rock bands. Performances by: TBA. There is five dollar donation at the door.

FEB 16, Thur. @ 7PM AUTHOR READING WITH DAVID DIAZ
Barrio Urbanism: Chicanos, Planning, and American Cities, focuses on Latinos in America from an urban planning perspective, covering the last century and tracing the movement of Latinos from Mexico into American cities, describing the problems facing them there.

The Chicano Treatise is an initialization at reclaiming a lost spirit that has lingered for almost five centuries since Spain's conquest of Mexico.
