If you feel like you are alone in this world or people don't understand who you are or what you are about, Young Warriors is the place for you. We want to know what you have to say. We believe that every youth has something to offer.

This is a program created for the Youth, by the Youth, with the help and support of mentors and community leaders to help better our fututre!

Social Consciousness and Cultural Diffusion.

 

This class is an introduction to the collective knowledge and wisdom from the original inhabitants of Mexico and Central America , including history, language, philosophy, science, and arts.

 

History: Our origins to the present 

Language: Basic Nahuatl pronunciation and grammar 

Philosophy: Indigenous perspective 

Science: Cosmology, psychology, medicine ect. 

Arts: Mexicayotl warrior dance, drum, song, painting ect. 

Will need: Two Notepads, Nahuatl/ English Dictionary
