Students will begin with breathing and stretching exercises
to help relax and, by filling our own selves, we can
explore the depths of our HUMAN-DIVINE POTENTIAL. The
last 30 minutes will include an open discussion about
personal experiences durring the session.
Equipment/Materials Needed: Every student should bring
a gym towel and athletic clothing.
Facilitator Juan Pueblo is a community teacher on several
disciplines such as hata yoga, fine arts, vegetarian
nutrition, indigenous medicine, ancestral ecology and
meditation, traditional guitar and nahuatlaka music.

Learn the traditional songs of Mexico and a little taste
of Latin Anerican songs. Students will have hands on
experience tunning, strumming, and singing the musical
notes, songs and trends on the legendary corridos, rancheras,
sones and huapangos.All materials are provided but a
personal classical acoustic guitar is recommended.
